M3 New Product at 1st half, 2013

M3 plans to launch the New Product at 1st half, 2013 as below.

M3 Mobile has been trying to develop a rugged PDA that can satisfy various users. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, M3 is proudly announcing M3 X (temporary name) with estimated official release date around mid of the year, 2013. M3 X is built to the highest standards, offering you the latest in technology, design. This device especially puts emphasis on portability, grip feeling and usability with the powerful performance. It has edge rounded appearance; the device can be protected from external pressure. Also, round design provides strong resist from external forces such as drop. Besides, M3 X features light weight, powerful performance, industrial level ruggedness and practical design. M3 X brings you the powerful performance based on TI AM3715 1GHz CPU with the latest Wi-Fi technology IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n. Also, M3 X is aimed to achieve higher ingress protection and drop rating than general rugged PDA; IP67 and 2.0m drop. Please see below of summary of its specification.

M3 will release UHF gun type accessory exclusively for M3 OX10 series. Estimated release date is the 1st half, 2013. The great advantage of using external antenna is that overcoming limits of internal antenna by maximizing its efficiency and reading distance can reach as far as 10 meters (depending on tag type and environment). It is made more convenient to use an external slide button for changing modes between RFID and Scanner. And it independently has the battery from the device in the UHF RFID Reader, you can use longer time without charging. Another great advantage this accessory that differentiates from the other UHF reader is that the gun type reader is easily separated with the PDA. Also, we plan to develop that UHF RFID Reader not only for M3 OX10 but also other M3 devices.

M3 OX10+ is all new upgraded version of M3 OX10 in both hardware and software. M3 OX10+ is at final development stage. Also, battery lock will be replaced with slide type instead of previous rotate type in the future.

FAQ Version 4.1.0 release

FAQ Version 4.1.0 will be released on 1st April. All those issues which have been inquired to technical support webpage have now been added to it. New version of FAQ can also be downloaded from technical support webpage (LINK).

    - All invalid links are fixed.
    - WLAN roaming issue has been fixed by newest SCU version.
    - Key Mapping section updated.
    - UPM (User Power Mode) added for M3 OX10, M3 SKY and MM3.
    - M3 Green and T can use different sleep conception as similar as UPM.
