That means that you can request us to provide you with the personal data we have of you in the form of a file and send it to you or another organization. To be certain that the request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity card along. In this copy, please blacken your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and citizen service number. This to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
5. How we secure personal data
M3 MOBILE takes securing your personal data seriously and will take suitable action in the case of abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and illegal changes.
